Tax Policy
We do business throughout the World. However only orders shipped to an address in New Zealand are taxable at the current rate of 15% GST. All other destinations including Australia are tax free. GST is applied automatically when completing your order. All advertised prices exclude taxes and shipping. For shipments to Australia no GST is normally applied by Customs on import if the amount to be collected would be less than $A100. Errors on Our Website
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed and the merchandise was not shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
Limitations and Exclusions
We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. Prices do not include shipping or GST (where applicable).
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will gladly refund the purchase within 14 days of the shipped date. Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any taxes charged. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges. Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to a restocking fee on a case-by-case basis (up to 100%). Orders cancelled before being shipped are not subject to restocking fees; if an order has already shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order per our Return Policy. Orders that are refused at the designated shipping address may incur a shipping and handling fees. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns.

We do not accept ANY software for refund; software returns are only accepted for replacements if the CD is faulty. Products that were part of a bundle cannot be returned for refund separately; product replacement will be issued or bundle must be returned including all products.
Returns for manufactured defects must first be authorized; please contact [email protected] if you believe you have a product with a manufactured defect or if you have any questions or concerns. If an item covered by warranty is no longer available for repair or replacement, a product exchange will be issued for a product with similar specifications.
