GMouse cables are available individually so that you can 'share' your GMouse between various devices. All of the PDA cables need a car socket to plug into get power.
The USB cable takes its power from the USB port, and the Serial cable plugs into BOTH a USB port (just for power) and a RS232 9 pin port but no drivers are needed.
